HP.COM is Hewlett Packard's main website which sells a variety of products. HP's product base is vast and so the scope of design is huge.
I was the project lead for India team. Involved in design and high-fidelity prototyping. I worked with some external agencies to get user research data and US counterparts for design collabration.
The idea is to create a next generation HP.COM web portal. HP.COM not just has variety of products but caters to different segments of users - Consumers, Small Business, Large Business. The challenge is to do the information architecture well, so that it caters to all those who are targeted.
Design of "Quick Info" feature in product listings. The idea is to provide the user a way to quickly see the important features/specs of a product without having to leave the page.
